High Blood Pressure

Your blood pressure reading is two numbers (Ex: 118/80) that show how hard your heart is pumping blood through your body. When the blood pressure is too high, we call it high blood or hypertension.
The top number (Above example:118) is when the heart beats.
The bottom number (Above example:80) is when the heart relaxes.
If high blood pressure is not treated, it can lead to stroke, heart attack, heart failure and kidney failure.

Gaming becomes an addiction when computer or video games are being used excessively and when it starts to interfere with our personal life. Many families are facing this problem and many kids are being affected and adults as well.
